Travel Assistance

  • Reimbursement or coverage for rental deposits, broker fees, and other move-in costs.

Orientation and Settling-In Support

  • Guidance on navigating the local community, including information about schools, healthcare, banking, and other essential services.
  • Assistance with setting up utilities, internet, and other necessary household services.
  • Introductions to local community organizations, cultural events, and social networks.

Family Support

  • Assistance for the employee's spouse or partner in finding employment opportunities.
  • Support for children, such as help with school registration, extracurricular activities, and childcare arrangements.
  • Language and cultural training to ease the transition for the entire family.

Financial Assistance

  • Reimbursement or coverage for expenses related to the relocation, such as shipment of household goods, vehicle transportation, and temporary storage.
  • Potential salary adjustments or cost-of-living allowances to account for the new location.
  • Guidance on managing personal finances and tax implications during the relocation.
